DllNotFoundException can't load "librhino3dmio_native"

I complied a revit plugin in windows10,and can be excuted successfully in windows10.
But when I copy the dlls to windows7,it can not work and throw the exception like the picture above.

Hi @parleyround,

As long as I know Rhino 7 is only supported on Windows 8.1 or above.
