Dividing lists in specific ways

Hi.

I got 2 lists with another lists of numbers. These where gathered by a set of operations (Not random generated)
In the image, you can see two columns with the same amount of items, but in the second one, when the second list begins, it does not continue in order, but it reset to 0. How can I fix this? I need the first row divided like the second. It is driving me crazy!
