Distorted materials when viewed from saved viewport

Hey there having issues with the appearance of materials when Viewing an object from a saved viewport.

The top panel shows my model in the correct location in a saved viewport. As you can see the slate tiles on the roof and bricks on the wall on the left hand side are all distorted.

I imported the same model into the file, set similar viewport settings and it all looked great so not sure why it goes weird when I change it to one of my saved viewports.

The only difference I can think of is the top models location within the file is x338400, y6247715 (this is where the cadastre landed and I just placed the model there) whereas the model on the bottom panel is in the center.

Distance from origin can be a factor so check if moving the model closer to 0,0,0 solves the issue. Post a 3dm file please if you need more help.
