I haven’t seen anything like this with GTX cards in the v6 WIP… can you post a file and some screenshots? I’ve been using Nvidia driver 344.65 from November… maybe there’s a newer one too. Check http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

As for Neon and Brazil, @andy would have to say for sure but I’d take a look at the new material editor and basic material definition now if you can. It’s way better as are the default lighting and environment settings.

I’m getting some odd depth ordering behavior, not sure if it’s the same behavior described in this post. See attached scene, get into a parallel projection view (top, rotated top, etc) and do some erratic panning via rmb-drag (shift+rmb-drag in rotated parallel view); you’ll see the objects getting draw in the incorrect (depth) order .

Seems related to @stevebaer texture trick for parallel viewports described in his “V6 Goal: Display Performance” post. Rendered, artistic and pen modes seem to be immune (the modes not using the texture trick?).
