Display performance when moving objects etc

The visual experience is really smooth when I zoom and pan, even in large files - but as soon as I start moving objects and drawing, the framerate becomes terrible. I have tried increasing the dynamic redraw fps without any difference.

Hello - does this occur when only say, moving one object? Does it matter what kind of object (curve, extrusion, surface, mesh etc)?


It is only when I am moving objects. But it is all kinds of objects and regardless of viewport and shaded / wireframe.

Any suggestions or need for further explanation?

Do you have a model that you can share that exhibits this behavior? It may be model specific, but we can’t be sure.
