Discourse vs 'rhino community'

We have discourse.mcneel.com and then we have the Rhino community site at http://v5.rhino3d.com/

I’m trying to figure out which one I want to spend time interacting with. Is the discourse site meant to displace the rhino community site? Are they both trying to accomplish the same or different goals?

Rhino Community no longer has a “Forum”. We consolidated for Forums to Discourse.
Poke around both.
