OK, I just ripped apart my drawing to try and get rif of an extra 1/4" I just couldn’t seem to find. And, well, here it is… (image and file attached)!

Yep - there are layouts and off layers that have stuff on them including block instances , in addition there are bitmaps in the file bitmap table (Use Audit3dmFile to see the bitmap table contents listed) . If you turn on layers and delete stuff, plus the layouts, then Purge and then for the bitmaps, testPurgeBitmapTable, things get more reasonable.
