Difficulty joining watertight, not sure how to approach

I have a few arrayed areas that I cannot make watertight. I have untrimmed, retrimmed and tried booleanUnion after trimming to no avail. I am a bit perplexed, any insight into the proper way to handle the area would be appreciated. Thanks-Mikeventuri.3dm (998.5 KB)

Hi Mike-

use Trim to get the arm surfaces to trim the inner venturi surface then reJoin.
