Just wanted to ask what is the idea for keeping different fora (for Grasshopper: Ning and Discourse specifically). Will all forum discussions be held on Discourse at some point in the future?
Having to crosspost to both is rather unproductive.

Very good question. I usually try to check both fora on a regular basis. You can preferably use the one you feel more at ease in. Cross-posting is discouraged. For Grasshopper-specific usage type of questions (not necessarily SDK) I would suggest the Grasshopper forum. Otherwise, usually discourse works well.
Does it make sense?

Grasshopper was a special case when we switched over to using discourse. The grasshopper forum was already very active and productive. We felt it wouldn’t help anyone by shutting it down and forcing people to use this discourse forum instead.
I recall David saying that he just likes his Grasshoper forum. He has spoken, who are we humans to question that?
