Dialog Boxes open off Screen

Hello,
My dialog boxes are always showing up offscreen, some are resizable so when i grab a corner to scale it pops down to be visible. For those that aren’t its a bit trickier. Any thoughts on why this is happening?
Thanks!

Hi Jake -

I’d try the testResetWindowPositions command and see if that sorts it out.
-wim

thank you for your response! i was so hoping that would work, as i didn’t know about this command… unfortunately same thing is still happening

Hi -
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here.
-wim

Any chance you’re running multiple screens at different resolutions or scaling?

That is correct, i didn’t realized they were scaled different, but yes, perhaps i have a pretty nontraditional monitor setup…

Rhino 7 does a poor job on handing multiple screens, unless they all are using the same resolution and scaling. Then it’s fine. That’s what I’m doing.

I believe I heard that the developers are working on handling this better for V8.

thanks for the tip @John_Brock! I’ll try that out in the meantime, but yes hopefully v8 will solve this.
