There are a number 3rd party plugins installed that could be causing this. The first thing I noticed is that your Rhino 6 is very far behind on its service release.

I would recommend updating to the latest Rhino 6 service release first to see if this makes a difference. If you are still seeing these messages on the command line, then you will need to disable keyshot, lumion, and simlab pdf in Rhino’s plugin manager (followed by a restart) to see if one of these plugins is causing the messages to appear.
