Detail opacity and depth control issue

Hi,
The background setting of the details through its display mode doesn’t seem to work much (transparent or opaque).
Neither their depth orders using sendToBack or bringToFront commands are reliable when exporting to pdf.
Overlapping details is a bit unpredictable at the moment.

I found that the depth and opacity works when printing in shaded mode.
But in vector mode, no background settings are considered.
Which I hope will works someday. It produces much lighter and much more defined files.
