Hi all, hope you’re well. I am trying to model a deployable structure via grasshopper, something similar to this:
So far we’ve modelled the scissor joints and have them moving properly, but now I am unsure how to approach that they’re joined together in a circle. How would I go about modelling the joints so that they expand and contract from the centre point of a circle and that they’re attached to one another rather than moving across each other/overlapping? I’ve tried using the move away function but I’m a little bit stumped. Thank you - I’ve attached the file below.
