Deconstruct Arc somtimes fails with closed planar curves

Hi all,

I am quite new to grasshopper here. I met some problem with Deconstruct Arc command here. My intention is to get the center point and radius of the closed planar curves/closed circles/arc-like curves.

The Deconstruct Arc command works fine with the test file_2, but fails with test file_1. Could someone pls help me to take a look?

(Both test_1 and test_2 are directly extracted from my project drawings.)
