Decoding spaces Road generation

We’re trying generate roads. We can successfully generate road segments, so being site too small is not an issue. But we’re unable to get polygons from those segments. The component doesn’t return any polygons.

Does anyone have idea what could be causing this issue?

We’re using Polygons from lines component by DeCoding spaces plugin.
