Some description in your first post is expected but your title now helps. That problem is easy, just as the error message says:

  1. Data conversion failed from Number to Point

It’s because you are passing the ‘Area’ output (a number) instead of Area ‘Centroid’ (a point) to Scale ‘Center’, when a point is expected.

But it looks to me like you have other problems determining the remapped scale factor?
So I fixed those too:
