Dashed lines showing up as solid in model and print?

I am using Rhino mostly for 2D drafting for a project.

At a certain point, (either setting up my paper-space, modifying annotation styles to work in paper space, or engaging print display), all of my lines that were dashed in some manner have shown up as solid. I can’t figure out what setting I pushed to make this so.

image below is in print display with the selected line supposed to be dashed.

Any ideas?

Yes, this is an issue that the lineweight is not scaling at print time. But also depending on the setup of the model the model and layout views might be different.

Can we take a look at the model?

Interestingly, closing and opening Rhino fixed the problem.
