Hello everyone,
I just installed the latest version of Cyclops (1.6.1) on a clean Rhino install (no other plugins) and I’m running into this issue.
Could anyone help me resolve it?
Hi Bokhan,
Which Rhino version are you using ? Could you please post output of SystemInfo command?
Hi Wojciech,
rhino_debug.txt (2.9 KB)
Attached is the report.
Thank you for the quick reply
Hi Nikita,
Thanks for sharing the system info. From the report it looks like your machine only has AMD graphics hardware. Cyclops currently requires an NVIDIA GPU with CUDA support.
Installation - Cyclops Documentation
Because no NVIDIA GPU is detected on your system, Cyclops will not be able to run on this machine. The loading error is likely related to the unsupported GPU configuration, although the message itself is not very clear.
If you have access to another Windows machine with a supported NVIDIA GPU, please try installing Cyclops there.
Thanks Wojciech!
