Cutting objects take longer in Rhino 6 64bit version after importing pdf files

After importing a pdf file, it takes longer to cut objects. It happens in safe mode as well. Is there a solution for this problem?

Hello - not sure yet, I need a little more information - ‘cut objects’ - what does that mean exactly? What command? Trim, or Split, or both? Are you trimming curves or surfaces or all kinds? Can you post a file or a blow by blow that shows the problem?

I am just clicking the scissor button on the Standard menu after selecting objects in the current view. Objects refers to any thing in the current view mostly lines and surfaces. Thank you!

Longer than what?

It only happens when I import large files. I was importing a 3 mb file. After reducing the resolution and size of the file, I didn’t have this problem. Thanks!
