Cut a curve by some percent?

Hi there,

Is there any way to cut a curve by entering percent? For example, after drawing a circle and copying it ten times, to cut one 95%, other one 85%, other one 80% other one 78% and so on.

Circle is an example, it can be any kind of curve drawing to be cut by percent.

By the term “cut”, do you want by any chance something like Scale? A percent is just a scale factor, 95% is a scale factor of .95, 85% is .85, etc. That would apply to the diameter and the circumference (length) of course, not to the area.

Or are you asking for something that would automatically create a series of circles, each one smaller by a certain percent or increment? The second might involve a script.

Considering the image, percentage means distance from starting point.

This worked, thank you so much
