Custom toolbar and hashes resetting when opening new or old file

Hi all,

Ive created a custom toolbar to keep tools that I use most often handy.

Ive also imported some new hatch patterns for use on a recent project.

Thing is when I open an older file or a new one for that matter, my awesome custom toolbar and new hatch patterns are not there.

Anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

I sware I used to have this working just fine but since rebuilding my machine and re installing Rhino, its now a fail.

Hi Garth - start a new file from one of your template files. Import the hatch patterns and then SaveAsTemplate. Starting new projects from this tamplate should have your hatches. If your custom toolbar is named Default.rui rename it to something different and then open Rhino, close Default.rui and locate your file and open that - does that stick?

Hi @pascal ,

Thanks for your help. Ive created myself a template file now and will have to remember to re save it anytime I want to add new Hatches to my default file.

My custom toolbar had a custom name, I think it was a bug because it has now been fixed.

Thanks again so much, finally got around to reading this and sorting out the issues.

All the very best!!!
