Create button. Assign button to menu. Restart Rhino and nothing’s there - like it never happened.
I find the whole customizing setup rather tedious and unreliable. Is there some possibility of creating scripts or installation programs that would minimize the trouble involved in adding functionality. I want to add the array between points script to a tool button. (That’s what fails to happen.)
After making sure the scripts are located in the proper library folder and going through the process of making the button again I get a grayed out button. There’s obviously something making Rhino unhappy but as I don’t stay in practice with this aspect of the application, I seem to forget some of the several the details necessary to get things done.
I’m not keen on learning and remembering how to write scripts - I’m interested in designing objects.
