Custom preview doesn't work well

Everything before custom preview is ok ,but it can’t work for all the objects!!!

Hi -

There’s not much we can do with a picture and a 3dm file. You need to post your gh file and (1) internalize referenced geometry, and (2) make sure that you are not using any 3^rd party plug-ins or at least list those that are necessary to be able to open your graph.

Hi, the algorithm stats with curve , the " internalise" icon is off !
I internalised loft & close cap& custom preview. Is it correct?

Hi Sara -

Not really.
Internalizing won’t change anything on your computer. You need to do it to be able to share your graph with others.
