Custom grips for SubD crashes Rhino

We are creating some custom girps for SubDs and it seems that every time NewGeometry() is called Rhino crashes. Is this a known bug?

Not that I know of or can find. It would be best if you can send sample code that we can run that shows this issue.

please find here a sample project with a single command. If you run the command on a SubD and try to edit it a couple of times you will crash Rhino.
