can you please prioritise this ugly bug.
today I got one of those micro edges from a student.
the symptom is a failing fillet:
the cyan R10 fillets do not met.
but the error behind this is a bad curve created with Curve-Boolean.
there is not only a micro-Edge but also the result forms an invisible kink / G1-discontinuity - only around 0.1 degree … but at the end this makes 0.034 mm in the fillet - which is beyond the 0.001…

PLEASE FIX this ISSUE.
and if you do not manage to fix it fast - at least make _curveBoolean fail on those cases (small nearly G1-Segements) - instead of spitting out a hidden pitfall.
… so users are forced to use precise _trim, _join, _connect.
i think curveBoolean was rewritten (in V6 or V7 ?), and I think the old version did not have this issue. Maybe offering the old version as a _curveBooleanLegacy Version ?
You can be sure that those issues happen many times and people just bricolage-work around it.
Or that my clients / customers send my those files and I have investigate to find a bug the 5th or 10th time - and tell them it s unfixed …
A huge waste of effort for the users.
