Curve geometry and coordinates

Hello guys,

I’m currently working on a post tension viaduct project. I have modelled the geometry and the tendons. Now i need to extract the tendon coordinates and geometry. Tendons are open curves (splines I suppose). When i select PointsOn on the curve I can see multiple control points outside of the tendon curve. I need to get the exact points ON the curve and after that I need the coordinates of all these points on x,y,z axis. Any ideas?

Hi Nick - use Divide on the curve to place a bunch of points - does that do what you need?

After you use Divide to obtain the points you can Export the point coordinates in the Points (.txt) format.
