Hi!
Cant fillet R2.5 between these curves.

Curves 7 and 11mm.
Fillet R1 works.
Fillet R2.0 does not work but it works after I have made R1 fillet first. R2.5 does not work. Goes to the wrong direction.

The max distance between your arc and your line is 4.265mm if you extend the arc, and you can’t fit a fillet greater than ½ that value…
Unless you extend both curves with straight lines…
With the original curves you posted, the max distance between the two curves is 4.14mm and therefore the max radius is 2.07mm
