I encountered an problem, why the outermost circle is not exploded? Does anybody know what is the reason? grateful

Hi,
There are no kinks on the outer circle, this piece of the polycurve is just a full arc, so nothing is to be exploded.
It probably comes from the construction of the curve or the division process, not seen in your definition.
How the curve is created explains it all. There is no problem.
