Curve cutting interior grid pattern as a clean line

I’m working with paving patterns and I have made a grid of pavers and want to cut them as a clean line.

The script that I have created cuts the pattern but not the individual stones.

Does anyone know how to cut the stones so the script makes a clean line cut where the circle curve is?
