Current Renderer

Hi There,

I seem to have a problem to convert my current renderer. Not sure if its a bug.

I use Vray for rhino as my preferred rendering software. This opens by default when i start the program which is fine.

When you switch to the rhino render you can see the lighting change in the view-port when in rendered mode.

However, im running in to this bug on certain files that i switch the render to rhino, but the mode seems to stay in vray and i cant change it. Its says its in the rhino mode but the lighting is vray. I check this by copying the geometry into a new file and it works fine…

any ideas?

Hi - does it help any if you change the viewport to Wireframe or Raytraced mode and then back to Rendered?

Seem to have the same issue, I normally use vray with rhino 5 and just installed it on rhino 7 and I can’t switch back and options menu won’t pop up when clicking on it either. Will restart rhino and hope I can get it working again.

Looks like it locked up and had to force close, brought it back and was able to switch it after that and so far works fine. Weird.
