Cull the first item of the branches that have 2 items

Hello, I have 2 problems

  1. I want the first item of the branches that have 2( or more) items.
  2. cull the branches having only 1 item
    I tried to do it with List Length but obviously it is not possible.
    Can any body help me?

Thanks for your reply. This file may help you. I tried to replace Flip last with Shift list
