Cull Alternating Breps

Hi, I have split my SubD brep into smaller breps with Flexibility’s Split Brep. I am trying to cull the breps so the blue and pink will be in line under the pipes. My dispatch is selecting wonky and I am not sure what’s going on there. (Red highlight and rightward)

Umm why don’t you just dispatch them?

I can’t open your file. Needs a plugin and also just crashes my rhino - not sure how long I must wait for this file to open but I don’t have that much patience.

I don’t know if this is exactly what you want.
This is my idea but it has some flaws in the intersection.
