CTRL-Z not working properly

CTRL-Z is not undoing last thing correctly.

I moved a spline control point slightly to the right and when doing a “ctrl-z” to undo that movement, Rhino deleted the spline entirely. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a fresh copy of Rhino 9 with no plugins added. The problem persists.

Windows 11
Rhino version. (9.0.25323.6305, 2025-11-19)

There is a newer version that seems to be working

You may need to use the ‘Check now’ link to see the latest version - it can take a while for Rhino to realise it isn’t up to date.

Yep, as soon as I closed Rhino it asked me to update, which I did. That fixed the issue. Thank you, guys.
