# CTRL+RIght Click switches from rotate to zoom, cannot type or select objects

When using Rhino, I get a couple of good seconds before something happens where my ability to rotate my view changes to a zooming function and i get the magnifying glass instead of the rotation arrows. After this happens, i cannot type in any location on my computer (not just rhino) and i cannot select objects, which forces a system restart in order to have my pc function properly again.

- I have only been able to replicate this while using Rhino.  
\*The replication process has been me simply using rhino as normal.  
\*I am not (knowingly) inputting any special commands.
