Hello!
The level settings disappeared. Empty panel.
Since in this case they are not complicated, I just recreated them.
I saved the file with version 2.12.6, and tried to open with 2.12.5. Can this be the reason why this pops up?
Thanks!

EDwgCRCDoesNotMatch means the file is corrupt. I guess something happens during file creation.
Hi @Eugen,
Wow. Never seen this message! Moreover, I really don’t know where in all Tibidabo and VisualARQ code this error can be reported.
Please, can you send me this document to visualarq@asuni.com?
Thanks,
Enric
Files sent. Please consider only the second file, as I mistook the first one.
Error happens also on version 2.12.6.
All VA objects are broken. VA blocks become blocks, styles and levels all disappear.
Thanks!
Hi @Eugen,
I cannot reproduce the issue. I tried with both files, just in case, and I can open them correctly.
I’m using:
Do you have any other third-party plug-in installed?
Do you have Lands Design installed? Which version?
Enric
Thanks, Enric!
I have Lands installed on my home computer, latest version, not in the office. Problem occurs on both.
Will look it up again to check (taking a covid ‘break’ at the moment…)
Hi @Eugen,
I’ll try to install the latest version of Lands Design and do the tests again, as I don’t have it currently installed.
I hope you get well soon.
Enric
Hi @Eugen,
I hope you’re doing well!
I tried again with the latest version of Lands Design also installed, and both files open perfectly.
When you get back to work, can you please check if both Tibidabo and VisualARQ plugins are enabled in the plugin manager?
Enric
