Creation of closed vectors with an offset and a layer from the Excel list

Hello everybody!
I hope you’ll give me a hand.
Anyone have any ideas how to create a rectangle with multiple offsets. Using excel list.
I want to speed up the process of creating vectors.

for sure it is surely doable, you just need to be more precise. Some definition, data, excel example file … are necessary to help. Post that on the forum and you’ll surely get help.
By vector I imagine you mean 2D curves (rectangles)?
