Creating triangulated sharp edged mesh shapes

Hi,
I saw this video on creating a crinkled or faceted facade using Meshlab software. creating a curbs shape and having it triangulated to form pyramid and triangulated shapes. Meshlab is not working for Rhino 2021. Is there another way to achieve the results show in this video?

you can use reducemesh inside rhino to play a little or even MeshMixer ( free app)
