I want to crate a mesh which i can then use to analyse in Karamba 3d. Most of the mesh is also working exept at the bottom of the geometrie. There an inconsistency is found. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The loft component is probably not the best as your surfaces are not accurately lofted. A sweep might be better like here:

thank you very much. So i should only use a loft when the geometrie is like a cylinder for example?
Well loft works if your curves are aligned properly, in this case, the alignment of the start points of each curves is inconsistent and therefore you have a inconsistent loft result
