Creating an Excel list from Rhino for ACM panels

Hi,

I am wondering if there is a way to create an excel list from ACM panels drawn in Rhino that contains the following information:
1 - Panel ID
2 - quantity
3 - colour
4 - area of the panel
5 - project the panel is for

The basic panel shapes are drawn using grasshopper templates but are also altered or drawn in Rhino if outside the template capabilities.

Below is a sample of one panel.

This panel does not show the project or colour but those can be added like the quantity and ID shown here and these are differentiated using layers.

If anyone know how to do this or if this is possible, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Dustin

Hi Dustin,

There are a number of ways of doing this, the key factor is how you are assigning and managing your data.

Where is the Quantity coming from? Ideally you are managing from a 3D single source of truth.

On the screen shot attached the 4 OFF is the the quantity. So 4 panels and the P.10C is the ID.
This is a text in with the layer ITEM-QTY that our nesting/processing software reads.
