Creating a panel using a lunchbox

How to delete a panel that has been created up to the filleted face after creating the pane

I would appreciate it if you could help me edit it.

lunchbox.gh (12.6 KB)

Dear Leesun, please also internalise the first brep you started with. now we have to guess where you started from
Unless this is a question about the plugin Lunchbox please do not include plugins. Many on the forum do not use plugins, and would have to install them for the question of one (and later uninstall )

To answer your question in general.

  • After debrep use list item (temporarily) to find the surface you want to delete.
  • set the index nummer in a panel
  • use cull index, with this number on the same F out port,
  • The output of the cull index all surfaces , where the choosen surface is excluded
  • Use brep join to create the Brep again,

PS No plugin needed.

Thank you for your help.

As @Eef_Weenink mentioned, some of us don’t have the plugin installed—though it seems that’s for the panels anyway, which we can do with plain gh (no lunchbox).

Nonetheless, it’s fundamentally more important you internalize your brep first:

brep paneling-1.gh (24.8 KB)

I had internalise the first brep.

how to do after then?

I had internalise the first brep.

I understand you want this panel (2) removed?

brep paneling-1EW.gh (14.7 KB)

thank you for answering my question.

I hope to make one brep not except (2) surface.

and

I want to panel with grasshopper as shown in the picture below.

I want to panel with multiple surfaces connected by a brap.

Please provide the Grasshopper file for reference

You can achieve it with ShapeMap, and for your reference.

I have one more question. How should I set the u and v settings for this type of breps?
