Creating a multi-curved Solid from DXF construction lines

Hi all,

New to Rhino, looking to make a solid from a 3D DXF file. There are multiple curves through different planes & axis.

After watching tutorials my method was to make patches of each surface, then join / trim them using extend surface. However I must be doing something wrong.

  • Layer 111 = DXF construction outline.
  • Layer Patch = Patches I created

Fixed it!

Re-created the outline just to make sure it all joined as polylines.
Used EdgeSrf (edge curves) to make each curved face. Since EdgeSrf only uses 4 faces. I made sure to split everything into 4 lines adding a few more construction lines.
