Creating a Contour Around Parallel Lines in Rhinoceros

I’m trying to create a contour around all these parallel lines. Is there a way to do this in Rhinoceros or Grasshopper?

You can probably extract the points, then run CurveThroughPt with the Degree=1 and Closed=Yes options.

Or maybe make a mesh from the points and get the outer border…?
