Hi,
Is there any command for creating two equal length lines x degrees apart ?, equidistant either side of X axis ?
or is it a case of draw one, clone it, rotate it from one end x degrees ?

Any reason not to draw one line, then create the second using Rotate with Copy=Yes? Rotate will create and rotate a copy and leave the original unchanged.
wouldnt draw one line and them mirror about x axis be simpler?
Yes, if the lines should be symmetric about the x-axis.

that what i got from OP
“equidistant either side of X axis ?”
