Create Hatches or Point densitity based on shaded viewport

Is there a way to take a shaded view of a model in rhino (all planar surfaces) and extract the color information in order to create different densities of dots or lines inside regions that get created by the make2d command?

My goal is to take a model and make it 2d, and also create line or dot densities to use to shade it on my CNC router, which I just got a handy new pen/pencil holder for.
