Assuming the control points of the two curves are lined up to match the same features, then Loft should make the joining surfaces then you can use FilletEdge on the front edge to round it over. I’m guessing you’ll need to manually blend the sharp Vs between the lobes as the rounded edge appears to be a much larger radius that will fit in the Vs.

Another approach would be to model them flat, and use Bend or Flow to curve them.
