Create Alias to Toggle Specific Snaps On/Off

Hello,
Anyone know how I would write an Alias to toggle specific snaps on and off.

For example, if I have all snaps turned off, but then typing the Alias “E” would turn on End Snap, and pushing “E” again would turn it off.
