Create a 2D Pattern

Hello how can i recreate a 2D pattern like this one in grasshopper? I have no reference from it, it was taken from a drawing. I thought about creating a rectangle grid structure and then deforming them, I don´t know how to make the shapes match each other´s deformations. Thanks

This might have been some sort of generative or hand made pattern, some parts look like a repeatable pattern other parts do not.

In the Rhino Beta you can create patterns in Rhino or Grasshopper.
