I would like to have in the same project some sub-ds (with crease and not crease edges inside) showed simple (creases) and some others rounded (not creases). It’s possible in some way?

Yes, but if you actually want one SubD to be displayed flat and another one smooth at the same time then that would be something I’d also likt to know how it’s done? It was possible in T-Splines.
only way to do this now is to extract the control polygon and slide it to the side.
you can always go back to subd with the tosubd command
