Crashing when switching out of Wireframe display mode

Hi, I’ve just downloaded a trial for Rhino 6, but I’m having an issue where the program is crashing immediately/quickly after attempting to switch the display mode to anything other than Wireframe (is the default).
This happens with any file, new/blank or something with geometry.
I’ve used and still use Rhino 5 on this machine as well without this problem. Any help would be appreciated!

Here is my SystemInfo:

This is a really old driver. You may want to try updating it. I think this is the latest available: https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/workstation/previous/graphics?os=Windows%207%20-%2064&rev=15.201.2401.1009

Double-check compatability with your system first, of course.

My system isn’t compatible with that driver, so I’m stuck on version 12
