Is it normal for Rhino to be so sensitive when having blocks on locked layers?

Hi, Japhy! No option, just crash to desktop.
More info: I started from a dwg with many block instances. All of them on two locked layers. Whenever I click on a block instance in the block manager tab that resides on these layers Rhino will crash. Rhino crashes also when switching to the block manager tab if previously a block was selected and then the layer was locked. If the layers are unlocked I don’t have a crash.
If I can find the time I will try to prepare a file for submission.

I’ll try to replicated based on that. Please run SystemInfo command in the Rhino command line and post the results when you get a chance. Thanks
